Buyer beware: We used this venue for a wedding, and while the location was beautiful- the staff and management were disorganized, incompetent and rude to not only the bride and groom, but also the guests!

The miscommunication, lack of decorum and basic problem solving skills put us all at a loss for words.

I've attended and been part of several weddings in the Chicagoland area and this was the worst experience I've ever had with a venue. I recommend the Oakbrook Marriot for others looking for a venue in this area.
